Plus, you get to avoid those crowded tourist hotspots. Campervan holidays are fantastic for the environment too, as your carbon footprint will be much lower than a regular holiday. This is why we built Campiri... to connect owners of awesome vehicles with those interested in having a taste of the real #vanlife.

But Campiri is not just about renting out campervans and motorhomes. It's about a lifestyle, a community, finding your inspiration, rediscovering nature, having unforgettable experiences… and doing it as sustainably as possible.

Our values

The Campiri culture

Campiri was founded in 2020, at a time when the world was paralysed by the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, we built the company on several unique principles that we still stick to today:

We can work from anywhere

At Campiri, we care about people who are on the road, whether on holiday or as digital nomads. That's why we decided to build our company 100% remotely. Everyone at Campiri can choose whether to work from home or in the office.

Responsibility and trust

In order to successfully build a company of remote workers, we have to trust each other. At the same time, however, it means that everyone at Campiri has an increased responsibility for their work. We don't believe in micromanagement. On the contrary; we’re looking for independent personalities who know what needs to be done and do it.

Results > meetings

We don’t have a culture of daily meetings and endless emails. Instead, we have several regular monthly meetings for employees to attend, whether they are in Prague, Miami or Sydney. Aside from that, everyone manages their time according to their own schedule. The results are what’s important.

No office politics and corporate nonsense

Our dialogue is always honest and open, discussing both the good and the bad.

We care about our Earth

For us, working at Campiri isn’t just a job. We love nature and we want to care for our planet. We firmly believe that even a small change for the better is a significant thing. We’re constantly learning how we, as a company and we, as people can reduce our negative impact on the planet.
